Hello, Rohan here.
I'll be taking you thought this is a snippet of the Trello board that gives the layout of our first sprint. As a first-time scrum master, this section board is very simple, as only provide the necessary tasks and layout.
Before I start with the layout, I have added coloured labels to each task. These labels are in two sets; the first is green, yellow, red to show priority (red being the highest) and the other colour which determines the role; blue = programming, Lime = level design, Teal = Art, Purple = Admin.
I originally set out the backlog card, where I place all the tasks that I could think of that was required for our alpha. However, the backlog will mainly be used for future sprints.
Next is the current sprint, this part is used to organize the tasks we think we can do within each session/meeting. Once decided, they are moved from the backlog section. To help the team flow, they all have access to alter the tasks in any way they want.
Finally on our little journey, is the in progress. Very self-explanatory but this is what our team members are currently working on, so if they have to split up their time and forget which task they were doing they can simply refer to the board. As well as select a new task once they complete theirs.
Thanks for reading, hope you have a nice day.
